recommendation for a carb swap?????

I have a 1985 Cutlass Supreme with a V6. It is currently equipped with a Dual Jet carburator that has issues. When warm, it runs fine, but cold starting and running is a chore.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a carb swap?

I just got the car (pics to come soon) and plan to drive it while I am collecting parts for a V8 / transmission swap.

Any help appreciated!

Check your choke first, sounds like it's not working properly.
If that doesn't take care of it then I'd just rebuild the carb. A rebuild kit is like $25, which is way less than a new carb that you'd end up putting on the shelf when you swapped to a V8 down the line...
