Well been crazy busy with other stuff than the wagon 😔
But spent a little time on the engine last night got the oil pan and intake on
Then ran out of gold paint so I'll get 2 cans today and finish the paint.
Still got to clean up the carb

Well last 4 months I haven't done anything on the wagon but plan on getting back in to it this month. I hope to at least get the engine ran and broke in also hope to find a trans guy to build my 2004R. I also got a lead on a 8.5 10bolt on the way cheap side so we'll see how that goes. So thats the plan hope I can stick to it

i would header wrap the tubes near the starter or make a little heat shield of some sort. it should be fine but extra heat shielding wont hurt.

Well it's back on the back burner
I have to do a frame swap on my 01 Ford F350 7.3L crew cab long bed. Loan my truck out to my best friend and a 16year old kid lost control of his 2011 g35 and hit the right front wheel. My truck was towing a 24foot enclosed trailer with a race car and jr dragster my buddy was going about 45 and the kid was doin about 60 to beat a yellow light pit the car sideways and my buddy did his best to slow down and go around him and then the cars front end came around and smacked the truck. Everyone was ok but car was totaled and my truck. So bought the truck back and going to to a frame swap. My truck is rust free from Texas this is the only reason why I'm doing the frame swap.

Well I got the frame swap out few months ago it went very well not that hard of a job.
All that's left is paint the new hood fender and grill. The 2016 wheels were just for rollers it will have the stock 5 star wheels. I went back to stock ride height but I kept the 4inch kit.
