Remoke Keyless Questions

The Monte Carlo has the GM RKE, aftermarket GM at least. How do you reprogram the key fobs? I've checked the batteries, they are good, the remotes just unprogrammed or something. I know they work, I've used them. Now theydon't work *shrug* Any suggestions?

for my 2000 silverado i had to reprogram the remote by pressing both the lock and unlock buttons and hold down for 7 seconds or so and the vehicle will go through a lock unlcok cycle then it will be recalibrated. But i don't know if this procedure will work for yours.
