I know of a yard with a diesel Olds. It way up in Southern NH though. And don’t ship. You could try partshotline.com or a couple other salvage search sites to look for one. Most of the guys on those will ship. Also works great as a interchange look up😏

Going to give this one a shot.

Did you get this unit to fit? I’m going to do a conversion and was wondering if that unit would work. Do the hydro lines for your 85 fit it too? The 84/85 Regals are the only ones I’ve found both pressure lines for.

The new unit will be arriving sometime this week. I will let you know. I am running 2 of the original lines and 1 from a 2002 silverado 2500 6.0 truck.

While there are some differences, if you get a hydro boost from pretty much anything, since you have an original one its pretty simple to make them fit. First you will have to get the old pushrod off, and that you can do by leverage. Use a pointed pry bar of some sort and then a wrench, put the pry bar through the hole, and use as long of a wrench that will fit and pull up and you can pull it right out. Then take the nut off holding the bracket on. You can get the special socket on eBay or other sites for not too bad of price. Switch brackets, then put your original pushrod on just by putting the pushrod going to the master cylinder on something solid, and the pedal pushrod started in the hole and a good solid hit with a hammer and it'll pop into place. Now you might have to switch the pushrod going to the master cylinder, and maybe have to make some changes to the bolts holding the master on depending on what make/model/year you get it from.
