Replacement speaker grills

Hello, and thank for letting me join this forum. My name is Zack Stewart and I 3D print car parts. I would like to reproduce g body speaker grills. However I don't have a good set to take measurements from. Could any of you post some good straight on pics, front and back for me? In trade for helping me I would be willing to make a set for free to whoever helps me with this.

Welcome. What rig are you printing with and what size is the print bed? I am learning the methods of 3D printing and getting better. I have a monoprice P3. Entry level rig but does the job.
There are gbody parts that would be great if we had models made and had the ability to print.

What filaments can you print? I'm only able to print PLA, but would like to print ABS when my skills improve.

Not sure if this part is able, I have not searched for it yet, but I'm going to try and print a new dome light plastic lens.

I'll check if I have any speaker grills that can be used to make the medley from. My grills would be for 78-80 cutlass.

Agreed with the above most speaker grills are not an issue except for the Regal/Century/GN. Now if you wanted to make a dash speaker cover for Monte/Malibu/El Camino that had a round opening so aftermarket speakers fit like stock I would go for that.

Good for you it sounds interesting and probably a lot of fun. What I'd really like to see in addition to grills is an entire affordable replacement dash. There's a fun challenge and a money maker.

Not sure if you got pictures you were looking for but here are ones from a 1984 Cutlass. As others have noted these are pretty solid but with anything that's plastic and over 30 years old can crack and break. I managed to crack and break most of the studs that hold the clips for securing the covers to the dash. Anyway, here's a set of pictures. Let me know if you need any others.

Peter
