Reverse lights/ Gas gauge not working properly!

the linkage is nice to have if the shifter cable ever breaks, you can shift gears with the lower part of the column so your not stranded...how did that car make through a safety with no reverse lites?

Most states do not check for reverse lights in their inspection, some states don't even require you to have them on the car. I never checked when I held my inspectors license, wasn't required.

yea that bar is in way of my headers also. Im thinking about removing it also

Yea, I tried that, I guess it must be the sender.

Well just buy a $60 sending unit, and go from there.
