Mine are American racing
Zero offset four in bs fronts
With no rubbing but there only a 7 inch wide wheel
The tire is a 225 also

I don't know how they figure zero offset is a 4 inch bs btw. But that's how they list it

Cast aluminum rims have thicker wall than steel or forged AL, so a most 7" Cast Al rims with Zero offset would have about 4" BS.

Are 15x7 too small for the 255/60/15. Tire website says 7-9 inch for that tire size. Will the tire be to far out past rim than most people would like

They will be fine. The reason why a width size like that may not be recommended on a 17x7 or 18x7 wheel is due to a shorter sidewall height. On a 15 inch rim 255/60 will work an an 18x7 a 255/40 is not.

Wow the thickness of the wall is something I never even thought about.
