Is there a product to replace my roof insulation/sound deadener/spacermat? Mine was in pieces and mostly gone. If not,What has anybody used?

Hushmat, Dynamat, or any of the such should do. You're around Monroville, hit up one of the car audio shops around there. They may have some different applications on hand to help get the level of quiet you want.

Thanx,I actually need it more for spacing. I have gaps up to 3/4s of an inch at all of my roof braces.

Maybe automotive type expansion foam my do instead. I've it used in some newer cars from the factory.
What's the difference between automotive spray foam(Evercoat @Eastwood $21.00 for 12oz can) vs what you can buy at Home Depot? This is a stationwagon roof with about 4 braces I have to refill.

Not really sure. Might be the formula as the home improvement stuff is ment to stick to other materials & work in different conditions. I know the automotive stuff does seem heavier & not as porous.

The stuff from home supply stores is not flexible and when the car expands and contracts it won't move and will buckle the roof plus it's not closed cell and causes rust
