Okay ill give that a shot. If it comes down to it and there is a blockage in the motor is there anything I could try to put in that would dissolve the build up?

Washing soda does the trick, make sure you flush the system well afterwards.
However I think it's unlikely the block itself would be obstructed unless someone has used a lot of leak sealer.
Does the car have a fan shroud?, if not that may be your problem.

Roger.

A vacuum leak or a bad EGR valve will make your motor run hot. Also it is illegal to remove your cats and the cops can fine you for it.

HI do you have the right water pump??? some water pumps run rev and counter clock.the pump might be wrong and pushing into the goose neck and closing the thermostat at high rpm and the colder water in the rad is shutting the thermostat closed.
A water pump off a 89 looks the same but the belt turns it the other way, then the 95.Did this years ago on my 94 truck driver in the city no problem but once on the high way when the mass amounts of air pass in the rad it cools fast.

Did the new hoses have springs in them? If not watch the lower hose and rev the engine to see if the hose is collapsing at higher revs.

Roger what exactly is washing soda? Its the correct pump that was the first on my check list.

well the only other thing i can think take it somewhere and have them flush it for you. and also maybe the intake gasket is leaking had that happen on one of my cars.

I had a rebuilt pump from Napa that was the correct part number but the wrong impeller. It took me a month to figure out why my car was running hot. Check to see if you have any flow in your rad

Check the front of the radiator and between the radiator and condenser for debris. They can really build up between the radiator and condenser blocking your air flow.
