anyone else see this, he should have taken lessons from the race teams as to which line on the track he needs to take to say in the clean part of the track. He also needs to take some lessons what to do when the back end starts to come around...

He wasn't the regular Pace Car Driver, He was a GM Exec out getting his jollies....lol
Audio said it was Oriel Servia driving- a former Indy driver!
They said he took alot of practice laps and knows the track well, that is a high speed corner so it would be taken on the outside to keep the speed up on the widest radius available. He should know better than to enter that corner on the inside driving in the marbles, plus it looked like he hardly turned into the spin and well after the back end started coming around.
Idiot took the traction/stability control off to show off.

At all races they have a celebrity/big wig drive a few laps then put a real driver in there after the race starts... unless the big wig/celebrity is a real race car driver like an Unser.
It would be very hard to do what that guy did with the stability control on. You could try, but the car just won't let you.
