That sucks!! I still would rather take it apart and rebuild it then that crappy "Mousestang".... But in all seriousness i can't even imagine all the nice rides totaled... i dipped my cell in sea water during vacation in Hawaii and it was green with corrosion in 2 days when i took it apart!

I think it would be wise to avoid the used car lots for the next year or so. Gonna be a TON of flood cars on the market. Carfax only reflects what's been reported.

I'm in NYC. Suddenly a lot us have waterfront property! I got my power back pretty quickly, but many are still shivering. Gas lines are endless, and the lines to vote were unbelievable. They have been warning that we were overdue for an asskicker and here it came. Driven hit the nail on the head- I saw hundreds of cars that had been underwater-SALT water. Might as well just junk them, but scummos will try and sell them.

Yep, there's going to be an excess amount of flood cars "floating" around...pardon the pun. I heard just before on the news that used cars are going to be in short supply...or they already are.
My friends have lost several cars. Not mentioning the amount of damage done to the home.

They had been prophesizing a super storm in the greater NYC area for years. One of my friends did not take it seriously and lost 2-3 cars, plus his first floor and basement were underwater.
It sucks that they're unable to turn the power back on. People are cold and hungry...WTF! I could understand that electrical panels will need to be cleaned out and rebuild with new circuit breakers, etc. Where's the assistance?

It's been two weeks and if you listen to interviews from the people on Staten Island they say they've been abandoned and there is no help from the gov. That's disgusting...
