Saturday evening at Star Cars, Gatlinburg, TN

We live about 45 minutes from Gatlinburg, TN, and we decided to ride up there last night. My wife and I decided to surprise our youngest son by going to Star Cars, as he missed going the last time we went. He had a ball, as did our 2nd oldest son, who has Autism. The big draw for them is Bumblebee, in the 70s car form, not the new Camaro. They have the General Lee, Ghostbusters wagon, the Trans-Am from Smoky and the Bandit, a couple Batmobiles, and of course the GN from Fast and Furious 4...(don't care for the movies, but love the car)....and several other vehicles.
Some of these include our oldest son, and are from the previous time we went. (and ignore the 2004 date on some of the pix, my camera is finicky about keeping the date correct)

Great pictures! Enjoyed looking at the star cars, and seeing you (and your wife) having fun with your sons! Have fun with your kids cause they grow up so fast (my baby daughter is 28, and my sons are 41 & 45)!

Thanks, Doug. We try to do everything we can with them, although money is tight. The museum has more cars than in pix, but these were the highlights. We drove to Gatlinburg so the kids and my wife could get some ice cream (I'm diabetic, so I TRY to do good), let the littlest hot rodder see the museum since he missed going last time, and walk around. I got to enjoy AllSaucedUp, a store that has all kinds of bbq and hot sauces, salsas, jellies,etc....I was like a kid in a candy store....love hot sauces and different bbq sauces. You can sample pretty much all of it, too. Tried their hottest sauce at 6million Scoville units, and then had ice cream! Was a have-to!

Thanks J. Wish pics were better, though. I am very fortunate to have my wife and 3 stepsons. As i have said before, my wife is a total gearhead, and my boys, especially Logan our youngest, have been bit by the bug.....My wife and I firmly believe in keeping them interested in cars....a great hobby. The boys aren't mine biologically, but i love them, take care of them, and bust their butts just as if they were "mine"....don't know what I would do without them or my wife. The boys call the Salon "Speed Racer"...Devan, 8, our autistic son, coined that phrase, and it stuck...lol
