In my quest for power I am planning to swap out the olds 307 to a chevy 350 into my 84 cutlass hopefully over the summer. Currently in the planning and hunting for cheap parts phase. I am currently stuck on what pulleys and brackets I can use and since I am cheap I would like to find something I can get at the junk yard. I want to keep the ac on the passenger side an the alternator on the driver side incase I ever put an olds motor back in it. I know most tpi third gen camaros had the serpentine belt set up with the ac on the passenger side but would rather a v belt set up. I have no idea what would have come with that, anyone know what I can get a set up out of that will work with the existing compressor and other engine accessories that are stock on the cutlass.
thanks for the help

I believe all chevy engines with air and v-belts had the compressor on the driver side. Serpentine would be the way to go IMO especially if you don't plan to turn more than 6k rpm's.
