In my opinion roller tip rockers are not worth the money. The only benefit I can see running them would be less side loading on the valve stem. True roller rockers are better but not because of the tip, the real benefit is in the trunnion.

Any brands you like? I have heard good/bad about some comps.

What about these?

Full roller is deff what you want. I have ran Harland Sharp for years with no issuesat all. On the 406 in my signature I am running comp cams no problems as of yet. I have ran crane gold rockers and had a couple come apart. IMO you get what you pay for as far as quality.

My 454 HO motor has the stock non rollers. Good for 5500 RPM all day long.It is the way GM engineered it. Given, it is completely stock and has a warranty. Now, the 588 in my Daytona had all late revision Jesel on Dart heads. Nothing stock. Darin my partner (Business, not life, you guys) runs T&D on his Curtis Bogg headed 565 making 1388 HP on the Bottle. 100% in agreement on "You get what you pay for"
