Overweight, overpriced, poor fitting garbage IMO. Nothing fits as well as factory.
It'll still end up running me about 50$ to notch mine, the car is housed 30 miles away so i have to go get the thing, do the cutting buy the metal than pay my friend to weld it in, then paint.
Best way to go. It's even easier if an exhaust shop is installing your exhaust since you don't even have to bother removing it.
I did consider getting the after market one just so i could use the factory member elseware as added support to the frame lol. Anybody ever went this route? It looks to me like there might be somewhere near the very front of the rails to mount it.
There is no need to do anything like that. You want more 'structural integrity', have your friend weld a small bar on top of your factory crossmember ( or above the notch at least ).
