I ordered some NGK plugs for the Olds, and the damned plugs came bundled in bubble wrap (loose) with 1 floating around in the box. Anyone else have this?

My nuts showed up loose in their box yesterday. Wait. I mean my ET lug nuts showed up loose in the box yesterday... literally no packing. I believe this is with the supplier not Summit, but I need them to look into it.
I had two sets of rotors last week... first set mailed in the retail boxes strapped together which predictably arrived tore up with metal damage.
The 'replacement' versions were REMOBED from the retail boxes, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap (on a 29# rotor) and tossed loose into a box for shipping. Predictably those arrived worse than the first.
So yes.
Lug nut aren't spark plugs, though. I hope none are cracked; I'll be pissed. Or, should I just expect it, and hope for the best?
Id return them on their coin! You never know after a few heat cycles on the engine if a small unnoticeable fracture crack in the porcelain decides to fully open and now you have a misfire, and then they will say, well its a used plug, no warranty on that. Some of the pack jobs these companies do is unbelievable, yet you pay a good penny for it but get crap.

I also had an issue with Summit. Instead of using UPS like they always do I got an email saying my stuff was shipped to my address through USPS. Not a big deal for some but my mail goes to a PO Box. The postmaster is a putz and if my PO Box isnt on the package its going back to the sender. Tried calling Summit and the wait time is 15 minutes.
I think it's the suppliers as much as summit.

That's my concern. I can't imagine they're paying someone to take them out of those individual boxes, so I would imagine they come to them from NGK that way. It doesn't make it better, but about the only thing I can do is return them.
Havent ordered from them in a while but i think the guy that delivers my amazon packages gets them to my door using the half court shot technique. Got my headers with the collector sticking out the side of the box. ordered a cover lay dash cover and its clearly marked fragile and he let it drop when he brought it to my house. Must have thought it was written in italian.
Got my package from Summit. Guess I was lucky today.
Sunday, not so much. Fedex brought this. Box was bashed in but something I realized after I sent a claim to rockauto, the damaged area of the box has their tape all over it leading me to believe it was damaged before it left their warehouse. SMH
