When I first bought my Monte it had light gray 60/40 seats and when I decided to redo the interior I searched for bucket seats that had added support and comfort and were in a style and color that I thought would compliment my car and I went with Cerullo velour buckets in camel color and after fitting them to GM power bases I had the backseat and visors reupholstered to match and I bought extra material so I could make the upper door panels and rear panel inserts.
IMO the buckets seats you choose that you will be spending all of this time sitting in are probably one of the most important choices when doing an interior and I built my interior completely based on that one choice.
