Does anyone know of a factory GM Serpentine System that will fit in a cutlass with a small block?

SBC or SBO? There are quite a few for SBC, but not too many choices for SBO

Alright good, you are in luck. You can use a serpentine setup from a late 80's F-body, C/K trucks with the 5.0 and 5.7, S10's with the 4.3 (not the ones from 98+), and there are I beleive a couple others. If you have GM cast iron factory heads, the passenger side may not have all the accessory holes. You can drill one or two out and tap them, depending on if you have the bosses for them or not. I'm currently putting an 80's F-body setup on my car, and I only have 1 bolt hole on the passenger side head. Since the bracket that supports the A/C compressor and smog pump also bolts to the block next to the timing cover the fuel pump pushrod bolt hole and one below if infact, it's been proven to run it like that. However, if you always feel a little paranoid like myself, you can make a brace from the back of the compressor, to one of the header bolts or the block or whatever to suit your needs.

Awesome! The heads are cast iron heads 2.02 double hump back. There is only one accessory hole on the front passenger side. I have a serpentine system off a a 96 blazer 4.3. I have to cut the ac compressor bracket because it hits the valve covers, they are taller than normal. Do i have to get a delete pulley for the AC compressor or can i get a belt for no AC?

You're going to need an AC delete pulley because the tensioner will require the belt to route that way. That is, same belt with or without air. You've got more options if you're deleting the AIR pump. There are two different delete pulleys or you can leave that space empty. Thirdgen.org has at least one sticky for this.
