After i put the 350 in my car i got the headers in, i went to put the bracket on but it didnt seem to wanna go. i had to grind it down just to get it into drive. I bought a bracket that looked like the one i needed for a th350 but the gear selector square is too small and the shifting cable square is too big. Im just curious if anyone else had these types of problems or had some parts laying around that i could use to fix it. I feel like the problem is that the engine it came from had a column shifter and my car is a console shifter so the parts werent totally compatable
