It's your car. I you like bling, bling it. Chrome always wins at car shows. The more you can't see cause of the glare the higher the chances of a trophy.

I've done all the work on my 87 SS Resto Mod that I am the original owner of. I have over 47K to include the price of the car when new. Is it worth 47K no it isn't, nobody in their right mind would give me over 20K. Do I care? nope!

It's my car, so I did what I wanted with it. I have no concern what anybody thinks about my resale value. All I can tell you is that people lose the a$$ when they see it, and I have turned down many offers that most people would have jumped on. So there's the value. If you choose to personalize your car, it is a good idea to keep the stock parts. I like the stock look on very low production cars, but a GN... nah, there are thousands of them. Tasteful mods 👍 Stock is boring 🤷‍♂️
