should it be bent and is this fixable

i guess i should mention i am using the dash and steering wheel ect in my cutlass i bought a rust free shell and this body is unsavable they key who owned it before me has cut out the rear seat supports and put in a sub box so there is no support other then that and the area behind the dash and complete firewall is full of rust i am cutting out the good parts and selling them off i do wish to save my grand prix but it is to far gone i have saved every part i can off this car
 
It's common to see the lower leg of the channel section of the frame bent. People tend to either fly over speed bumps, etc or stick a floor jack under the side of the car in an unboxed section of the frame....which then bends as they try to raise the car in an area that was not designed as a lift point. Little hammer/dolly work will fix it...using a couple of 3 or 4 pound hammers as hammers and dollies.
