I went through 2 solenoid that were bad that they sent then the starter gear doesn't engage just spins tell me if you'd send the starter back to get the same one or they'll give you a different one and it might happen again Idk about you but if something keeps giving me a problem and the manufacturer says they'll fix it I take it with a grain of salt and cut my losses and never deal with them again and on their website they say some starters that they sent out were bad but they caught the returned one's didn't say anything about if the people that returned them still used them say what you want but if something you bought is defective you replace the part and its still defective tell me how quick you'll be to get a replacement part and the starter doesn't have a manufacturer name on it far as part number haven't looked at it to close enough to find one and I'm not bashing anybody if your going to sell something be honest about the product don't just sell something just to sell it sell quality if that answers your questions

I have bought a few things from them including a mini starter and has worked fine for a few years. only reason for replacement is that it touches my new headers but still works.
