I was thinking about installing one on my wagon and was wondering if anyone else has done this...

Huge waste of money. More ideal for a political candidate or a new rapper. You'll never get it done for under $1,500 and they're called 'targa tops'; the nicest ones have leather not vinyl, but then you're going over $2,500 at that point.

Pencero, shut up. He didn't ask for your opinion. If that's what he wants, that's up to him. Let him build HIS car HIS way.

He posted on another site that the kit came from legacy products in AZ.

There's also this one that has since changed hands...been on ebay a few times in the last 4/5 years.

It does look good on that wagon.

I had tossed this idea around for a long time. But living in PA with all the snow and rain, and driving my car most of the year, I decided against it. Those were the 2 cars I had looked at also since those guys used the kits.

I was going to mention (nowuknow) Johnnie's wagon. Kevin, you beat me to it. His is the most recent one that I've seen done, and the two tone blue one that Brian (Ribbedroof) posted. I remember that one from Maliburacing several years back.
I think those sunroofs look cool. It reminds me of my old '61 VW bug.
