I don't know if I'd call him "cool". He lacks the sense of responsibility while in uniform. If other people see this then they'll guess hey I can do that too! I don't know this cop has a bad taste for decision making...

I can see it from both sides, I thought it was cool how he showed another biker that he was just a guy under the uniform
