that dash looks insane! is that just a white over lay kit and then the blue leds? how did you install the leds? that is by far the best factory dash i have seen to date, well half way factory.

that looks good! i want to do something like that with my malibu so i'm not stuck with just the speedo. are those monte dashes interchangble? i mean would that gauge cluster fit in a malibu?

Thanks for the kind words. for the gauges yes it's white overlays with blue led's the bulbs were bought off ebay and they're a plug and play just pop them in like your stock bulb and your'e set.

I also removed the needles and repainted them with safety orange paint since they were faded. Then removed the faces of each gauge and painted them white so when the overlays were put on there would not be a black right around the lip.

Ditto, I've gotten spoiled to how bright my Mag's dash is, and need to brighten it up a bit. Looked at eBay for some but really don't know which ones will drop right in. A part number or something would be much appreciated. TIA!

Sylvania type 2825 lamps which are rated at 5 candle power. (Alternate part numbers: Wagner 17177, Philips 12961, GE W5W)
