So I am starting to do my rear roof to quarter seams repair and discovered something pretty strange. The driver's side seam is welded while the passenger side is brazed and much more poorly fitted. This car was my grandfather's so i know its history and has never been hit. it looks like on one spot of the passenger side seam there is a weld with braze over part of it, just really odd factory work. GM left some pretty big sheetmetal gaps under the seam filler.
