Spare Parts and Useful Accessories - which?

Wondering about the 15" aluminum SS rims..are they approching unobtainium status or is it worthwhile to have a second set (justincase)/

my thought if you can find a good set , buy them . I have not seen a set for sale for years around Toronto.
I have been searching for the chrome SSII with gold inserts for years now , I passed on set at least 12 years ago at Burls creek spring swap meet that were 7 out of 10 ( at best ) and the guy was firm at $750.00 to be fair they had the centre caps and 4 tires ..... 4 very sad tires, the car they came off of had an bad alignment issue .

the Monte rims are alloy correct ? if so you can refinish them up Newmarket way _ for $175 each last time I checked

I just picked up a set from Kijiji for $100. Rims are structurally good with only tarnishing on the flange with a tiny nick at one lip. Not going to pay for a pro refin.
