Well,got it running again. Put in some new NGK plugs,and it started right up. Ran it and drove it around for a bit. Started again next day no problem. who can figure that out. At least now I could drive it into its winter storage portable garage and not have to push it across the yard.
Hopefully have some more time in the spring to do something with it. i don't think the motor is all that great, have to look into a replacement.

Cheap plug wires will sometimes ruin plugs.
