K so i am get n about 20" of vacum

Tried something almost like the paper clip trick to see if the secondaries were opening. Only i didnt have any paper clips so i used a small zip tie not tight slip up n down easily ran it and the zip tie barely even moved

Here it is where the position i started

And here is when i drove it and put the pedal to da metal

Barely even moved down

I would probably invest in a quick change kit for the vacuum diaphragm so you can easily change springs to tailor the opening to your liking.

I believe the factory spring is heavy so it will delay the opening of the rears the kit makes it easy to replace the springs to find one that works the best and while it is apart you can check the diaphragm for damage and probably check the gasket that goes to the main body.
