3.5s and 4x10s are the worst speakers you can possible imagine, do not waste your time. the q logic kick panels are worth buying and using 5.25 or some 6 inch speakers will fit also. 6.5s will NOT fit, trust me, i spent 325 bucks on a set of diamond d6 componenets that were open box with no returns, got home and guess what didnt fit?!?!? then i tried 6.5" eclipses, still no fit. i ended up with 5.25" eclipses now. they sound great! 3.5s are alright for highs only, no mid and i would run bass blockers or a crossover on them. i wouldnt waste my time with rear speakers unless you can find a way to fir them behind the rear side windows

I like my 4X10's they have a nice bass punch to them in my regal. The 3.5's i am going to have to say, don't do much.

my issue is a oval cone distorts and you do not get much more oval then a 4x10. i have had bad luck with them, maybe its just me.....

Does crutchfield sell "bolt in" speakers and a CD kit for G-bodys? The AM only radio in the Cutlass just doesn't cut it haha.

i bought 2 6x9 boxes with speakers for $63 at the local pawn shop and they werk fine. i just tossed them behind the seats and they dont roll around because right now its raining and i dont have a wiper motor.

I would defanatly recomend the kick panels. I have a set in my LS with 5.25 clarion pro audio compoents and I put another set of 5.25 pro audio compnents in my rear side panels. Of course you don't have the rear side panels but don't elc's use 4x10's in the back? In those with a little modifaction you can get a good set of 4" or maybe 5.25"s. As far as the dash 3.5". Let me tell you, no matter what you put in there all you'll get at best is treble. I've got JL 3.5's in mine and I've got them capped off so I only get treble because anything else was pretty much just destortion. The only problem with the kick panels (if you do decide to go that way is the first time you need to use your e brake their history. So keep your brake system up to par. As far as dash kits, yeah they make them for G Bodys. Although a couple G Bodys need the dash trim to be cut to put a deck in them. Grand Prixs I'm pretty sure you do. But I know in my Monte I didn't.

im useing 6x9s in boxes laid in the back seat in my cutlass right now, they are a temporary fix for now.
