Hello everyone, My name is Noe and I'm from Tracy, California. I'm restoring my high school car, an '86 Cutlass Supreme Brougham that now has an annoying problem... a noisy speedometer. You can hear a squeaky noise and the needle not moving smoothly on the dash as it once did. The RPM needle also stays on 20 when the car is off, however operates fine on the road. Any comments and or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
