Spring help please!

the AK shocks are linear rated shocks and used on circle track cars, the regular Bilsteins are self adjusting shocks

Okay. So do I order 4 of the same shocks or are there different ones for the rear?

I use the AK's on each corner. I do not like the auto adjusting shocks or progressive springs on a car if you're looking for performance

Okay what kind of spring should I get? I'm confused now I thought you were suggesting the Moog springs.

I was suggesting the moog springs, that last post was about the question you had on shocks. There are Moog springs in progressive and linear rates

Are linear rates something I need to specify when ordering the springs I plan on ordering? Or do I need to look for different springs?

the front springs are all linear, for the rear spring you have to look at the spring to see if it's linear or progressive. I think all rear springs on the G bodies are progressive

Thanks gp I'm glad I can pick your brain on this. How do I know which cars have linear rates on the rear?

Ive decided to just go with coil overs that way I can just adjust them to my needs. Its gonna cost a lot more but I think its worth it.
