I made it an early night but progress is progress and I'm good with what I got done for now tomorrow I'll blast threw the bottom and start modifications to the wire harness here we go again with gauges lol I swapped out the balancer so the pulleys line up now. Got the small block pump off the lines and stabbed it in the hole!
Eric wasn't there but some of the other guys that rent there were and they gave me a hand and eyes going in. It's kinda like a car club or community? Out there first Charley showed up he's an old Asbury Park car dealer turns out he knew my parents and just about everyone I ever worked for Dave the landlord pushed it in the building for me with his Kubota tractor. Then Myron and Willy showed up, those guys might as well be joined at the hip. All and all it was a pretty good night. With jokes and some ball busting to boot. By the way..... How's Iowa? Ain't herd from the kid in a while. Did the 454 end up in the Buick regal?

8:30 is still pretty early to quit! You only have like a hour of work left and you will be driving it! Just busting your balls a little bit. What kind of cool ride are you driving today? I think junior is busy waisting money on a Buick 350 last I seen. The Burben is gone so he has money to spend. I hope that new power plant pulls like a freight train right out of Jersey!
I'll probably be on it later tomorrow night the norm is to go there Tuesday Thursday and Sunday but I plan on going every night until it's done. Tonight I'm driving a 2500HD 2wd crew cab short bed with a 496 BBC and a 5th wheel in the bed with like 20k on the clock it's Eric's new tow vehicle. His wife has the hemi 6speed Challenger because his son blew up the motor in his car and is driving her SRT Jeep oh and I'm on Eastern Time zone
The temperature sender didn't live. And I need to make the oil wires longer to reach the front of the block by the power steering pump that's all.
Why can't your oil sender be at the back of the block by the distributor?
