ok... i know this is a total noob of a question, but is this considered straight or staggered bolt pattern... i know they are inline with each other but at different heights...

ok, then one more starter question... my starter has a straight bolt pattern but the bolts are at staggered heights, would a straight bolt pattern straight bolt height starter work? i mean it shouldnt matter where the bolt heads are as long as the bolts fit right? like this starter...

i think i answered my own question, but the guy at NAPA has me questioning myself, cause when he was looking for one, he kept saying oh it wont work the bolts are at diff heights... but the new one comes with new bolts that should work right?

no i got that starter from skip white for $68... it just takes a week fir delivery... so i bought a cheapy remanufactured one from napa for $55... skip white has some really nice stuff... plus the bolts on his starters are made to fit right...
