Does anyone know if there is a 15x8 plain steel wheel with the correct bolt pattern to fit a G-body?...I know the rally wheels came in 15x8 but I'm looking for 2 plain steelies in a 15x8 to use on my 85 Regal...any help is appreciated

I would like to know the same thing.

Yeah I would Like to know the Bolt Pattern Size for 85 Cutlass Supreme brougham Editions. Cause I want to put Bigger Tires in the back for the new 350 I'm going to put in it.
Cause I want to keep the same Size front Tires, But I want bigger and wider Rear Tires.

GM made an 8in steelie?

never seen one, that wasn't a rallye type wheel of some sort.

i know mopar made one from 75-76 for trucks and ford has some 8 luggers but i've never seen another.

The 15x8 was only available as a Rally wheel on Corvettes, and I know of no other application. The G body bolt pattern is 5x4.75, IIRC. The pickups and full size cars used a 5x5 BC and will not bolt to a G body.

This does not mean you can't get a 15x8 plain steel wheel though. There are companies like Stockton Wheel that will build whatever steel wheel in whatever offset you want. If I was going to build a Mini, for example, I would have the stock 10x4 in wheels widened to a 10x6 or 7 for the look I want. They would cut the welds holding the spider to the hoop and just weld in a wider hoop.
