Hey , I have an Afco catalog that list several different spring rates for replacement rear coils on the monte carlo's or G body cars. Does anyone here know what the stock spring rate is on an 87 LS ???
These springs listed in the catalog are only about $60 per pair. Maybe worth looking into.
How would you find out whats under your car ? I assume that the increased spring rates would offer more stiffened ride.
I run sky jackers. however they do leak down. So I was looking into some help to keep the sag to a minimal level.
What will increased spring rate do on this type car ? Raise the rear end ? harsher ride? Trunk stays empty.
