Stock vs. tubular control arms

Only reason I can see logically to buy tubular ones besides looking better and being a little bit lighter, is to run the QA1 coil-over kit with adjustable or double adjustable shocks.
 
AQ1 products are the sh*t, ball-joints especially! I run them for all of the reasons you listed, except using double adjustable shocks. Alittle lighter in the front, not that it makes a difference really, stronger than stock, which on a street car stock ones are more than strong enough, because you're not hammering around turns PUSHING other cars out of your way lol, And they look nice under the hood.
 
I agree...that's why I still have stock ones. too much cash for tubular setup just to look pretty
