I'm considering buying a set of Summit's lowering springs for my Malibu. Has anyone on here used them? How much of a drop do they give you? Quality of the springs? Long term, have they settled, un-even or sagging?

My Malibu has a V6 for now, I completely rebuilt the front end of the car a few months ago. I have to OE V6 springs in the front and OE in the rear. I tried a set of B-body springs in the rear to bring it up some, but didn't even the car out. The nose is up pretty high, I'm looking to basically even the car out for now until I figure out what motor will go into it.

Any opinions or pictures would be cool. Thanks.

I bought a set of lowering springs for my A-body but never got around to installing them. I have never heard anything bad about them though, and the swaybars I bought were also excellent quality/feel. The springs are beefy, and look great.

A freind bought Hotchkis lowering springs (A-body again) and 17" wheels and the car handles like its on rails now. Not that much difference in price to the Summit springs.

In general, I have never seen a bad review of summit parts. There is always someting "better" but the summit parts dont fall short of what they advertise, and you cant argue with the price.
