I am looking for a reasonably priced drop for my car. I have enclosed a pic of the car as it sits now. The LT1 motor raised the front about 1.5 inches  .I dont want to slam it .I would like my car to barely sit a inch over top of my wheels. So I need lowering spring suggestions and part numbers. HELP!!!
Also plan on installing a set of tubular non adjustable control arms on the rear. Will this be a issue with lowering springs?

I can't help you with the springs. But for the trailing arms, you will want to go with at least the double adjustable uppers.

jrm81bu Thanks for the link. Also Pheonyx why do you suggest dual adjustable uppers?

When you lower your car it will throw off the pinion angle on the yoke of the rearend. The adjustable upper arms will let you correct for that no matter how low you go. The double adjustable arms will let you adjust without removing the arms, the single adjustable you have to remove one end to do the adjustment.

Oh Ok well I plan on Doing a 2' front and a 1" rear application from OPG. Will adjustables be needed for that 1 inch rear drop?

It will all depend on your pinion angle. After you lower it and get it where you want it, check the angle and if it's okay, then you might not need the adjustables. If you decided to lower it more in the future then you probably will. If you still have the stock control arms then the bushing probably need replacing anyway so do it once and get what you need for future upgrades at the same time. Incorrect pinion angles can affect all kinds of things depending on how far off it is including destroying the u-joints and wheel hop. I'd get them just to be on the safe side.
