Since I've traveled Western Australia a few times, I only can agree.
Everytime we stopped for a break in the middle of the bush, each and every car coming stopped and asked if everything is ok.
One of the many typical situations: We were southbound from Darwin to Perth, looking for a place to set camp for the night. So there's this farm house and I asked the farmer if we could park somewhere on his land (think farm's big as Texas) for the night. His answer was, "No worries Mate, park the Troopie (Toyota HZJ78 troop carrier) behind the house, the door is open, shower is the second door on the left, beer is in the fridge and barbie (BBQ) starts at eight.
In the end they made us stay three days. When I asked them what I could do for them, they only asked if we could bring the mail to the next neighbour "Just two days south, then left at the billabong and only 25km from there" 🙈
Sure we delivered the mail and were welcomed with just another barbie and beer.

I agree with everyone's sentiments on Aussies. Little different being in the city vs the bush. Especially where I am. Lots of Asians. Like half the population around me at least. But the college caters to them so them come from all over Asia just to come here for the college.
I've heard that, if one has the time, there's a great train that runs down the middle of the country, kind of a throw back to what you'd experience 150 years ago. Can't recall the name off the top of my head, but, sounded fun
Yeah, that's far enough out of the city and we're leaving today we couldn't make it 🙁 Headed to the airport in a little bit.
You're lucky to have made it out alive!! Those plant looking things are actually the most venomous creatures on the face of the Earth!!!
