Taking out a window on the door??

Hey Guys, Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!
I am going to pick up a door at the junkyard on Saturday. The problem is that it is electric, and is in the up position. Is there an easy way to remove the window? I will have to do it anyway to switch out the guts (power to crank).

You can jump the wires to the power window motor with some extra wire leads and a battery.
Switching the two wires back and forth between the terminals will make it go up or down.

There's only 3 nuts that hold the glass in place, so once the window is in a position that gives you good access, it's a snap to get out.
