Talk me into buying a 79 Grand Prix?

I am on the lookout for a G-body, a 2-door one. Not much to choose between right now.. But there is a 79 Grand Prix that looks to be in good shape nearby.

But im not sure about the front on the first Grand Prixes, but can someone maybe share some some pics of one thats looks badass? He..He.. Maybe that can convince me.. 😀 I have tried finding, but nothing "wow" comes up.. Mostly stock ones or hydraulic ones or highriders with to big wheels..

It would anyway be made into a daily driver/track car, low with 17" or 18", maybe 15". Race seats. Just a fun not too expensive car. I thought maybe i can remove the inner front lights and use the hole as air inlets for an ram air kinda setup, the front on these cars is the thing that hold me most away from these models.. Want a kinda "vintage" racecar look. like an old DTM car or old stock car or Trans Am racer like the Sunoco/Donohue camaro, back when race cars where regular cars to begin with, not a chassi with a plastic body wrapped around. I also like the 80`s an 90`s Pro Stock look, like Warren Johnsons Olds! 😀

But with a really low race car look that front would be kinda cool going around a track. I just love racecar looks on a car that really is not anything like racecar to begin with.. He..He..

switch out one of the 190`s in this video with a Grand Prix 😉 Would that not be cool?

ive never been a big fan of the 78-80 GP, although i love the 81-up. there are a few members here with the early GPs that are pretty sweet though. adumb and shotgun both have black ones. heres one of them.....

That is one of the best looking 78-80 models i have seen, and that paint scheme "442" ish like Warren Johnsons Pro Stock is one of my favorite colors and combination, looks good on almost "every" car, especially 80`s cars for some reason.

But I think maybe I should just wait and keep saving money til the right car shows up, there are sooo many car models I want.. But too bad i cant afford every one of them.. 🙁

My daily driver now is a Golf 2 GTI 16V, so I am open for most model and makes, so long its something somewhat "exciting"

He..He.. Except maybe Japanese cars those are bottom on the list for me, even though there are many cool and nice cars from there, it just aint me! 😀

Yup, that car is pretty nice, but it is very high! Hard to find a nice and low one though, and if its low its on air ride and bling wheels..

I attached a pic where I lowered in paint, look how much better it looks then! Hmm..
