Yes, tall upper and standard, stock height, good quaility lower.


limit the travel of your lower control arm with a chain....

Adjustible/taller/poly bump stops may be a better option. 😀
 
hey I'm just a lowly circle track guy and that chain trick works...lol

some of the guys have to tie it up so when the do a wheel change the short spring won't fall out of it's pocket
 
Yea, I don't know about the chain trick... it will be my daily driver. So my next issue is trying to figure out which rear springs I should use. I'm looking to use Moog 5606 in the front and I want the same stiffness in the rear. Anyone out there with any suggestions? I know I'm switch it up.
 
The rear is not as easy to find due to the double pig tails...I'm changing my perch in the rears so I'll have an easier time finding the spring rate I want. For the front I just picked up spindles out of an 81 camaro z28 for $70... 🙂

and I was just joking about using the chain trick on the street....on the track tho it helps if the car ever get's airborne to hole the springs in place...
