TBI V6 to V8 swap

I have a TBI 3.4 in my '85 Monte and will be putting a TBI 5.7 in it. Has anybody ever done this? And does anybody know how to tune ECMs? I plan on upgrading the new engine eventually and would like to keep the TBI setup for the fuel economy.
