and when get them out get a set of these...and use a good quality anti seize on the threads when you install them

can you weld a oversized nut onto the bolt and back it out? I also agree with using MAPP gas and heating it up and before it cools down spray some lube on it so it can get "sucked" into the threads ,just watch it doesn't go up in flames and don't breathe in the fumes... :|

I would just cut the bolt with a zip cut disc pull the caliper off & go to work on it at a workbench , much easier access

I don't really NEED to get the bolt off, I just need to get the caliper off without damaging the spindle. I have an entire new hub assembly ready(minus the spindle), and this little bolt is the only thing in my way from making this car road-worthy

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I did manage to get it out.
Torch+lube+vise grips didn't work, so since I can't weld, I had my brother put a little bolt into the head.
It's an ugly weld, but it got the job done.
So thanks again everyone for your suggestions, I'll button up this "simple" brake job tomorrow, now that I can

Glad you got them out. Anyone can weld, it just takes practice and you'll become an expert grinder while your learning... 🙂

I just thought I'd share the comical condition of the old brakes:
