TH350 in a '78 from 231 with TH200

All,

I have research and it seems that a 200 crossmember (maybe it is just the 200R) can be reused to support the 350. Apparently, it can be drilled and relocated, although when I try to locate pics of the mod the frame of later g-bodies that had the 350 the frame seem to be different in that area.

Am I able to relocate the TH200 crossmember?
Am I able to use an aftermarket dump hump crossmember? Like the Jegster 41050 or something else?

Don't hold me to this - but I *thought* that the crossmember wouldn't even have to be relocated - that the 200 and 350 mounted in the same place?

I might just be very confused, though.

Pretty straightforward swap. You will need a vacuum line , and a kickdown cable and a 350 dipstick. I think the dust cover is different also. Definitely a good upgrade compared to that 200..timo
