since hearing about them a couple years ago in a car mag, started watching once the DSC channel started showing them. and yes I like watching , I am a ole street racer myself.and this guys have some serious fast cars! what ya'll think?

Fast cars but it's obvious they are not racing on the "street". No more than the guys on Moonshiners are not making illegal moonshine on TV for everybody to see.

You'd be a fool to expect this show to be real street racing and be filmed as well as it is. With that said, I watch it every Monday. Big chiefs GTO is so sick. And for you poncho purists, it actually has a big block Pontiac in it.

I watch it all the time and love it, but there is always red and blue light flashing in the far distance. Murder Nova is my favorite car, but Flip with his El Camino was also one of my favorite. He built his car from parts that the other races had laying around.

Season 1 was infuriating because they were very misleading about racing on the street; but, it got people watching and talking about them. Season 2 was far more enjoyable because they were more honest about their activities, even if they failed to admit it is staged. Season 3 has been the best produced so far (I could do without the tacked on sound effects for tire squeal when they lose traction); however, with all of the attention comes the product placement, advertising and sponsorship - and that kills the reality of it for me as it just became a commercialized racing series.

I will admit that if they don't accept the money from the sponsorship the main characters will not remain on top for very long as there are lots of deep pockets in the world looking to make a name for themselves.

Fast cars are fast cars, and that is why I watch. The show also needs more burnouts...

I watch and love the show and love it. I know it's most filmed on a closed run, most of the dialog is probably scripted, there seems to have alot more "branding" on the show now but it's about quick/fast cars so who care? Too bad the small tire cars don't have a chance to break into the top 5, maybe seperate lists. I also thing there would be closer action instead of total domination by OKC since there are ALOT more small tire street racers out there. Also, if the car doesn't have the proper safety equipment they can't run. Youtube 1320 video and you'll see some quick small tire cars. Two of my favorite small tire cars the would give OKC small tire cars go runs are LSx Willy's and Beat Bomb.

Now that new show Fat n Furious is f*cking stupid. "we NEED this 572 to break the 13s in this 454 Chevelle SS" WTF?!?!

I watch the show religiously. I definitely knew it was staged from the very beginning, but it's entertaining and I love fast cars, except Fords but they aren't fast anyway. I'm glad to see some G-bodies on the show too; Andrade's Cutlass is my favorite car on the show.

I really like the show but it makes me miss a show that used to come on the speed channel called PASSTIME it was real reality tv... Maybe one day velocity will buy the rights to that show or netflix will pick it up...

Fake. I watched it twice and felt fooled. I can't stand being bamboozled so I had to stop watching it. I knew where one of the locations was at and heard police nearby preventing people who heard they were racing from coming in b/c everything is staged just like those stupid auction shows too. It's too bad but I'd rather watch music videos and wonder about a car then be told nothing than a guy stand around telling me everything about his car then do a bunch of fake stuff. That's just boring to me Idk how you guys can stand this show. Once you've seen all the cars a few times its over with once you realize everything else is staged, at least it was for me

I like the show. I esp like the old farm truck guy, hes my kind of people.
