Spotted this elco on the way to work this morning. It snuck up next to me on the highway and sounded pretty good!

There should have been a light bar on the roof that may have been what the wire was for IF it was a pace car.

But it may have been a "Live Commercial" advertisement for the car.

Either way it is pretty cool!!

I know the Camino was used for the IROC races as a pace car not sure about Nascar

I believe Daytona's 83 car was a Trans Am

You’re right. The El Camino was the IROC pace car around 1984-86 and the service truck for the Indy 500 in 86.

Yesterdays gbody sightings from a cruise in my 88 ss..

White CL is for sale. A LS a few blocks away with regal behind. The cutlass is always in front of a shop. I think they might actually drive it as I think it was facing a different direction. Black vinyl with t tops. Very rusty looking doors 🙁.

Then i ran into another monte while driving mine at the gas station for the first time in years. A beat up but beautiful white 84 was filling up. Guy said original 305, dad bought in 84. Was bummed my phone was dead by this point and the couldnt get a pic of the reunited brothers.

Spotted this beautiful El-Camino at Canadian tire this evening.

White hardtop cutlass I see often by my buddys house. Never have seen it move or out of this spot. From the outside looks like a well above average condition g body. I need to get a pic from other direction.

I seen that at Hobby Lobby as well over the summer never heard of the store before.

Was excited went in found out it's just another fruit loop arts and crafts store that was charging 30 buxx for a Revell model!!!!!!!!!
