that's where my crank is now haha. guy knew exactly what it was out of without me telling him. thats dedication to me!

Haha, same thing happened to me when I walked in.
I was barely thru the door and he goes "ah, an Oldsmobile!" :lol:

lets me know it is in good hands and that they will do it right the first time. I havn't been able to find a good set of big valve C heads that are in my price range. so maybe the next time i break it ill do some more upgrades.

soon as winter roles around i'm gunna have to do something with the transmission. i don't think she will last.

well I have everything back from the machine shop. ordered all new gaskets and some hardware that should be here this week sometime hope to get her together and running by the weekend.

started getting the engine together today. would have liked to have put it in today but had to go and put a new clutch in my buddy's car this week and just didn't have anytime to work on my own car.

well i finished putting the engine together to get it back in the car. once it is in i will put the rest of the valve train on and the intake. here are some pictures.

it's looking good and I feel for you standing on the side the road...I often stop to see if I can help when I see someone stranded, specially if it's someone with a G body...

yeah it sucked glad my buddy in the picture was there to help get the car home. his parents brought his s-10 and towed it back home.
