I have no garage and I have a $200 cover, but it lets rain in quite fine. I understand that it needs to breathe, but I want a cover that breathes and lets in NO RAIN. Any suggestions? $$ no object.

Have your local upholster make a custom fit cover like they do for boats. They could make it with 2 fabrics, a true water proof fabric for the roof/top and lower on the car they could use breathable nylon for moisture control. They could maybe sew in vents in key locations.
